Questions
Each month is a sprint. You submit requests to your backlog at any time. At the start of the sprint we plan together — you prioritise, we commit to what fits within your sprint unit allocation. Anything that doesn't fit rolls to the top of next sprint's queue.
One sprint unit equals one hour of work. The minimum for any request is 2 units (2 hours) — this ensures every task submitted is genuinely worth doing as a standalone piece of work. Simple requests use 2–4 units. Complex builds use up to 8 units, which is the maximum for any single request (one full day). Standard subscribers get 16 units (16 hours of delivery) per sprint. Premium subscribers get 32 units (32 hours) plus a full in-person visit day. We always confirm units with you before starting any request.
Yes — your backlog is always open. Submit requests whenever you think of them, day or night. They sit in your queue ready to be prioritised at the next sprint planning session. Nothing gets lost.
If a committed request doesn't complete within the sprint, it carries over as the top priority for the next sprint — no charge, no debate. You'll always know the status in your ClickUp workspace and via the sprint review summary.
Immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, your ClickUp workspace is set up and you receive a welcome message with everything you need to start building your backlog. Sprint planning happens at the start of the next sprint cycle.
